Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Andeo. Andeo is operated by Andeo LLC. By using Andeo, creating an account, or starting a paid subscription, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Andeo helps customers create, host, publish, measure, test, and improve custom customer-facing widgets and flows for websites. The service may include previews, publishing, hosting, app databases, analytics, reporting, exports, backups, versions, rollback, playbooks, support, and Andeo Partner services.

Andeo is not a general-purpose data warehouse, regulated record system, payment processor, medical system, or backup system for your entire business.

2. Accounts and authority

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract to use Andeo. If you use Andeo for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" means that organization.

You are responsible for the users you invite, the activity under your account, and keeping credentials, tokens, API keys, and connected services secure.

3. Plans, billing, renewal, and cancellation

Paid plans are sold on the monthly or annual subscription terms shown on the checkout page, invoice, order form, or signed agreement. Payments are processed by Stripe. By starting a paid subscription, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

Unless a checkout page, invoice, order form, or signed agreement says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period. You may cancel future renewals through available account or billing controls, or by contacting hello@withandeo.com.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in writing. Monthly plans can be canceled before renewal and do not receive prorated refunds for partial months. Annual plans are non-refundable after purchase, but we may issue refunds or credits at our discretion.

4. Customer content and data

You keep ownership of the content, data, prompts, instructions, code, assets, app records, and business records you provide to Andeo. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, display, analyze, back up, debug, secure, support, and operate your widgets, flows, account, and related service features.

You are responsible for having the rights needed to provide your content and data, deciding what your widgets and flows collect, providing privacy notices to your end users and site visitors, obtaining required consents, and deciding how long your app records should be kept.

5. Sensitive and regulated data

You may not use Andeo to intentionally collect or process sensitive or regulated data unless we expressly agree in writing. Examples include payment card numbers, CVV/CVC codes, bank credentials, government IDs, health or medical information, children's data, precise geolocation, biometric or genetic data, criminal records, race, ethnicity, religion, political views, union membership, sex life, sexual orientation, passwords, API keys, or authentication secrets from end users.

6. Generated apps and third-party services

You may use coding agents, commerce platforms, email tools, SMS tools, analytics tools, support tools, GitHub, Shopify, and other third-party services with Andeo. You are responsible for your use of those third-party services and for complying with their terms.

Andeo may provide templates, playbooks, generated code, review support, and deployment workflows, but you remain responsible for reviewing and approving what goes live on your site.

7. Shopify integrations

If you connect Shopify or use an Andeo Shopify integration, you authorize us to process the Shopify data needed to provide the integration and the widgets or flows you configure. Depending on permissions and configuration, this may include shop, product, collection, order, customer, storefront, and related commerce data. If you build or distribute your own Shopify app, you are responsible for implementing the privacy compliance endpoints and webhooks Shopify requires for that app.

8. Acceptable use

  • Do not violate laws, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or third-party rights.
  • Do not send spam, unlawful messages, or deceptive content.
  • Do not collect data without required notice, consent, or legal basis.
  • Do not publish malicious code, phishing flows, malware, or harmful content.
  • Do not interfere with the security, reliability, or integrity of Andeo or related services.
  • Do not reverse engineer, overload, scrape, probe, or abuse the platform.

We may suspend or limit access if needed to protect Andeo, customers, website visitors, service providers, or third parties.

9. Security and support access

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the service. We may access accounts, apps, logs, and app databases when needed to provide support, debug incidents, prevent abuse, maintain security, operate the service, or comply with legal obligations.

Andeo Partner customers may receive additional support, procurement, security, reporting, SLA, or production terms in an order form.

10. Cancellation, termination, and data export

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges. After cancellation or termination, published apps may be disabled. You may export customer content and app records during your subscription and, unless access is limited for security, legal, abuse, or nonpayment reasons, for up to 30 days after cancellation or termination. After that period, we may delete customer content and app records.

11. Disclaimers and liability

Andeo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis except where an order form says otherwise. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Andeo LLC's total liability for claims relating to Andeo is limited to the amount you paid for Andeo in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data.

12. Changes to the service or Terms

We may update the service and these Terms over time. Material changes to paid plan limits, pricing, or these Terms will be communicated with reasonable notice unless the change is required for security, legal compliance, provider changes, or abuse prevention. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the exclusive venue for disputes will be the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract.
